Privacy Policy

Audiozhineria is a free hobby project run by offaxis.audio. Contact: contact@audiozhineria.app.

• /settings: your Discord user ID, the units and currency you chose, and when you last changed them. This is so prices and sizes are shown in the way you asked.
• /suggest with your Discord ID: your user ID together with that suggestion, so the operator can thank you or tell you if it was used. You may get one DM when it is reviewed.
• Anonymous suggestions contain only the text you typed, so please don't put personal information in them.
• Spam protection: the bot briefly remembers how many suggestions you sent in the last hour. This is kept in memory only and never saved.
• /updates DMs: your user ID and when you turned them on. This is so the bot can DM you lists of newly added gear. If a DM can't be delivered, this is deleted automatically.
• /updates in a server: the server ID and the chosen channel ID. This is so lists of new gear can be posted in the server. No member data is stored. This is deleted when an admin turns it off, or the bot is removed from the server.

Nothing else is stored: no messages, usernames, other server data, analytics, or advertising data.

• This website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details (such as the page you asked for and your browser type) to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. This falls under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ads, or tracking. Its fonts are served from the website itself.
• Some pages show product photos and logos that load directly from the manufacturer's website. This means your browser also contacts that site, under its own privacy policy.
• The "Add to Discord" buttons take you to Discord, under Discord's privacy policy.

Bot data (settings and /updates) is stored in a database in London, United Kingdom. Suggestions are kept as messages in a private Discord channel that only the operator can read.

The website runs on Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare is a US company certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension.

Emails to contact@audiozhineria.app are handled by Proton in Switzerland, which the EU and UK recognise as providing adequate data protection.

We store your data until you delete it with /delete-my-data, the operator removes it, or the bot shuts down.

Emails to contact@audiozhineria.app are kept only as long as needed to answer them.

• Discord delivers your commands and messages. This falls under Discord's own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Proton receives and stores emails sent to contact@audiozhineria.app. This falls under Proton's privacy policy.
• Product photos, logos and charts are loaded from official sources, including manufacturer listings. Links to shops and sources, and the images provided by these sites, fall under their own privacy policies.
• Technical error logs at our host may briefly contain command names. These logs never contain message content.

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
